Return Policy

At Khoj, your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be included.

  • The product must not be damaged or altered in any way.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Products purchased on sale or promotional discounts.

  • Customized or altered items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Items returned after the 7-day window.


Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Request
    Contact us via WhatsApp (+92 308 0633220) or email (Khojapparel@gmail.com) with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and product photos (if applicable).

  2. Approval & Instructions
    Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions, including the return address and steps to follow.

  3. Send the Item
    Securely package the item and send it to the provided address. Please retain your courier receipt until we confirm receipt.

  4. Inspection & Confirmation
    Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it. If it meets the return criteria, we will process your exchange or issue a refund as applicable.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer within 5-7 working days after the returned product is approved.

  • Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of return due to our error (wrong item/defective product), we will cover the return shipping charges.


Exchange Option

You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or product of equal value. If the exchanged item costs more, you’ll be required to pay the price difference.


Shipping Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid lost parcels.
